Founder and caricature artist
Caricature artist, cartoonist and visual artist, a graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts.
I have worked in political cartooning since 1990, publishing many cartoons in the local press and combining current affairs, humour and a critical perspective with my own drawing.
From paper to digital creation
Alongside drawing, I worked in web design and digital creation. In 2000, I created Humor.gr, an entertainment platform and a place to experiment with digital political cartoons, animation and interactivity. I explored political and interactive animation early on, producing work in Macromedia Flash.
Exhibitions and artistic practice
I participated in two national cartoon exhibitions held as part of the Patras Carnival during the 2000s. My practice continues through live drawing at events, digital caricature and personal visual-art projects.
Moments from my journey
Photographs from different stages of my work: drawing on paper, meeting people and creating live caricatures, from earlier outdoor sessions to conference events.
